My journey toward becoming a Natural Chef began at a young age with a love of all things culinary. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences, but found that my passion was not solely focused on clinical nutrition. It wasn’t until I experienced firsthand the transformative power of nourishing the body with natural, unrefined foods that I decided to combine my nutritional education with my culinary passion & pursue a career in therapeutic culinary arts. I look forward to sharing my passion and education with you, showing that freedom can be found in eating delicious food while nourishing the body!
